No, there are no refunds. Only store credit.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email notifying you of approval or denial of your return. All sale items, accessories, lingerie, and swim wear are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days after you receive your item(s). Please notify us by email of the request to exchange. Mail it back and once we receive your item(s) we will notify you via email if it has been approved or denied. You will be issued of your gift card/ store Credit via email.
